Q1: Does the installation require cutting wires? Can I do it myself? How long does it take?

No wire cutting required. Our product features a true Plug-and-Play design with vehicle-specific harnesses — no wire splicing, no coding, completely non-destructive installation. A dedicated mounting bracket is included. Installation typically takes 2–3 hours. Labor costs typically range from $100–$200 USD.

Q2: What if there's no sound after installation?

Three scenarios cover 99% of no-sound issues:

• Vehicle has an AMI port: Connect the AMI adapter cable to the factory AMI port, then plug into the AUX on the power harness.
• Vehicle has AUX only (no AMI): Plug the AUX cable directly into the factory AUX port, then navigate to multimedia settings and tap "AUX" to confirm activation.
• Vehicle has fiber optic audio: Transfer the 2P fiber optic cable from the factory power harness to our power harness.

Backup Camera: Yes, supported on both Android and Linux versions. Supports AHD HD backup camera (up to 1080p), auto-activates on reverse.

360° Surround View: Supported on Snapdragon Android version only. Not available on Linux version.

CarPlay & Android Auto: Both supported wirelessly on Android version.
