At Uckazy, we stand behind our products. This policy outlines your rights and obligations when returning an item.

**14-Day Free Return for Product Issues Only**
- If your product arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a free refund (including return shipping cost).
- To start a free return for product issues, contact us at [Your Email] with photos/videos showing the issue.

**Returns for Customer Errors – Not Free**
- If you ordered the wrong model, changed your mind, or no longer need the product, you may still return it within 14 days of delivery, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. A [15%] restocking fee may apply.

**Return Shipping Addresses**
- For customers in the United States: Please return to our US service center (address provided upon return approval).
- For customers in Germany / EU: Please return to our Germany service center (address provided upon return approval).
- For all other regions: Returns must be sent to our designated address in China. You will receive the specific address when your return is approved.

**Refunds**
- Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit.

**2-Year After-Sales Service (Not a Free Replacement Warranty)**
- We provide 2 years of after-sales technical support and service from the date of delivery. This includes assistance with installation, troubleshooting, and usage guidance.
- This is NOT a free replacement warranty. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery, please refer to the "14-Day Free Return" section above.
- For damage caused by the customer (e.g., accidental drop, improper installation, water damage, or misuse): replacement parts will be charged at cost, and the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We do not cover any costs for customer-caused damage.
- **Software Updates:** If we release software updates or firmware upgrades for your product, we will provide them to you free of charge upon request. This helps keep your device up to date with the latest features and improvements.

**European Union Cooling-Off Period (if applicable)**
- If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
