Q1: Does the installation require cutting wires? Can I do it myself? How long does it take?

No wire cutting required. True Plug-and-Play design — no wire splicing, no coding, completely non-destructive. This unit uses your vehicle's original OEM mounting bracket — no aftermarket bracket needed. Installation typically takes 2–3 hours. Labor costs typically range from $100–$200 USD.

Q2: What if there's no sound after installation?

Three scenarios cover 99% of no-sound issues:

• Vehicle has an AMI port: Connect the AMI adapter cable to the factory AMI port, then plug into the AUX on the power harness.
• Vehicle has AUX only: Plug the AUX cable into the factory AUX port and activate via multimedia settings.
• Vehicle has fiber optic audio: Transfer the 2P fiber optic cable from the factory harness to our harness.
